history of the World Heritage Site including; the Cutty Sark, the Old Royal
Naval College, Greenwich Park, where you will have the opportunity to cross the
Prime Meridian, the Queens House and the
Royal Observatory. The tour will introduce you to the history of
Greenwich Palace (no longer standing) and the connection to Greenwich of Henry
VIII, Elizabeth I and architects such as Christopher Wren as well as the
importance of time and longitude. This tour includes an introduction to the
interior of the Queen’s House.
